So Soy

Só Soy is a home fragrance company based in Ballymoney specialising in candles, wax melts, reed diffusers, and carpet freshener.

Hannah first launched Só Soy in October of 2016, and to this day it's still a one-woman business. Starting in her parents' kitchen, with a real curiosity for candles and how they were made. After a lot of trial and error, the first fragrance 'Lemongrass, Lime & Ginger Root' was born. "I really struggled to find candles that were made with soy wax, luxury fragrances, and matched majority of home decor. For the first time, I'd ticked all those boxes for myself and Só Soy was born."

Hannah wanted the candles to be simplistic and let the fragrance do the talking. With this in mind, she designed the packaging, and all the products that followed. Over the years, Reed Diffusers, Wax Melts, and Carpet Freshener have been added to the collection, in a growing family of fragrances.

All products are vegan friendly and cruelty free, made with luxurious fragrance oils, and soy wax from suppliers that are responsibly and ethically minded.

In 2021, Hannah gave up her full time job and Só Soy's first ever shop opened, as the business moved from solely online. You can find the Só Soy shop in The Acorn Business Centre Ballymoney, where every piece is hand poured on site.
