It is Taylor Yates’ loyalty programme where members are rewarded when they carry out certain actions and activities. Our members can earn points which can be redeemed against certain Taylor Yates rewards.

As soon as you create a Tayloryates.com account you will be automatically enrolled into our Rewards Club. If you have an existing tayloryates.com account you will be automatically enrolled into the Rewards Club.

No, you will only receive points for any purchases made after creating an account on Tayloryates.com provided you are logged into your tayloryates.com account when making the purchase online or using the same email in store.

You should only join the Club with one tayloryates.com account as it does not benefit you to have more than one account. If you have multiple tayloryates.com accounts under your name and/or email address, please contact Customer Service here to resolve.

You get 50 points for simply signing up to the Rewards Club and more points when you carry out certain actions and activities, for example by purchasing products, following us on socials via the rewards page and more. Details on all the ways you can earn points are set out on the Rewards Club Page. Note there is no limit on the points you can earn.

It's easy to exchange your points for Taylor Yates rewards. This is done via the rewards club page in your tayloryates.com account which will show any available points and rewards. Click the "redeem" button at the bottom of the page to turn your points into various Taylor Yates rewards, including vouchers. Any rewards claimed will be listed in the "rewards history" tab in your tayloryates.com account.

The below table sets out the number of points you need to achieve before you can redeem a reward voucher for money off your order (provided you meet the minimum spend threshold). These vouchers are one time use, non-transferable, non-combinable and are valid until use.

If you redeem a voucher for example - £50  and change your mind or don't reach the minimum spend to use the voucher,  please contact us here. We will work with you to remove the voucher and refund your points. 

If you add your birthdate to your Taylor Yates account you will, on or around your birth date every year, receive 100 points added to your account. To receive these points, you must register your birthdate a minimum of 30 days prior to your birthday. If your birthday falls between the time you registered and the 30 day waiting period, you will receive your birthday points 30 days after you registered your birthdate with us (only applicable for the first year). If your birthday has passed in the current calendar year, you can register it in your account any time, however you will receive your voucher on your birthday in the following year.

On the date you were enrolled into the Club, you will receive 50 points in your rewards club account.

We can remove any Rewards Club member, and terminate the Taylor Yates account, if we reasonably suspect that someone's activity to achieve points is fraudulent or/and abuse of these terms.

Any Rewards Club member can join the scheme which is accessed via the rewards page while logged in to your Taylor Yates account. If you refer a friend, and your friend makes their first purchase of £120 or more (with no refunds or cancellations) you will automatically be credited with 250 rewards points. Your friend will also receive a voucher to save 20% off their first order if they spend over £120. You can only refer the same friend once. Any points earned through this scheme will also be shown in the "rewards history" tab in your Taylor Yates account.

Please contact Customer Service here if you need help with a referral code. However please note, your referral code may be unsuccessful due to the following;

→ Insufficient spend. The minimum spend needed of £120 has not been reached, or it has been part paid for with a coupon. 

→ Broken journey. The referee clicked on the link, and made the purchase on a different IP address or user agent.

→ Not a first purchase. The referral will only be completed if the minimum amount is spent in the users first purchase made via the referral link. The amount also cannot span across several purchases

→ Fraud prevention. The coupon code will be deactivated on a fraud prevention basis if the IP address of the referrer and the referee match

Your points will be automatically adjusted for any products you do not wish to keep and will be shown in the "rewards history" tab. Please contact Customer Service here if you need help with any order returns or cancellations.

You can return an order even if you redeemed rewards points for a discount. If you return the entire order, you will be refunded the amount spent after the discount was applied. Any points used to redeem the discount will be automatically credited into your rewards account.

Your points currently will not expire with the Rewards Club; this may be subject to change.

If you have not earned points on your purchase, you should first check if you were logged into your Taylor Yates account and haven’t mistakenly checked out as a guest. You must be logged into your account to earn rewards points and must redeem any rewards before you complete checkout. Please contact Customer Service here if you need help with this or if you have checked out as a guest by mistake.

If you return or cancel your purchase for any reason, any points gained as a result of the purchase will be deducted from your balance.
