The perfect work bag - it’s different for everyone but seems equally hard to find.
For us, the two key criteria a work bag needs to meet are function and style. It can’t be too heavy when it’s empty because that’s a recipe for a sore neck/shoulder and we don’t have time for that! It also needs to be in a colour that works with the vast majority of your wardrobe - we aren’t changing your bag with every outfit kind of people, which maybe isn’t the best thing to admit when you own a handbag brand but here we are! Finally, we want our work bag to look cooler and more effortless than your normal work bag - soft leather, understated colours and fluid shapes do all of this while still containing your entire work life.
Depending on what you do there can be a lot of factors to consider, so much so that we can understand the urge to not bother and stick with what you have!

First up is our slouchy tote bag, Agnes.
Agnes was launched in 2019 and Ellen in particular hasn’t stopped carrying her since. Currently all 3 TY team members are carrying Agnes and we LOVE her as a work bag.

Our take on a classic tote bag, Mary has been one of our best selling styles from day one. Just like Agnes, she is made from our super soft, lightweight leather meaning you get a big bag without the unnecessary extra weight! The contrast black straps mean you don’t need to worry about signs of wear ruining your look.
Sometimes you just need a little extra space and sometimes you don’t, so we added a gorgeous gunmetal clip that lets you drape the sides of Mary in, giving a soft, fluid shape or unclip and pull the sides out for even more space than normal. Mary really can do it all!

Last, but not least, Mini Agnes.
The little sister to our much loved Agnes, Mini Agnes has a strong fan base of her own!
Designed to be more compact than the oversized Agnes, without losing the soft, minimal, effortless style of the Agnes shape. The perfect work bag if you have a little less to carry around, having said that you can still get a 13 inch laptop in if you need to! A large zip pocket inside offers security and easy access to your essentials and the wide straps avoid uncomfortable digging in when you are carrying a lot.
