We sell feel-good gear that is sure to make you and another girl GLOW! You Glow Girl is a Social Enterprise business established in Northern Ireland. Our aim is to Give Life Opportunities to Women & Girls across Northern Ireland. We sell beautiful merchandise as well as personalised/ branded workwear and uniforms.

You Glow Girl has collaborated with 'Broken Crayons Still Colour' and 'The Homeless Period Belfast' to create some beautiful merchandise. By purchasing from You Glow Girl, you are joining a movement and contributing to the empowerment of women and girls. All You Glow Girl products are designed in Belfast by our female-led team of women and volunteers. All profits are donated to our charity partner GLOW NI.

Glow NI provides support to vulnerable women and girls across Northern Ireland. Many of these women & young girls that Glow NI support are on the margins of society. Printed by Paula who was a past participant of our charity partner GLOW NI's programmes. All profits from our products are donated to our Charity partner Glow NI who Give Life Opportunities to women like Paula.

You Glow Girl believe that all women & girls were created with a purpose. Glow NI’s unique programmes allow them to discover their true selves. This is achieved by equipping participants with the necessary tools and techniques to overcome mental health issues or other issues they may be facing and providing them with training and opportunities to reach their full potential. We also help other Northern Ireland charities. We provide support to other organisations by donating items such as care packs or other necessary essentials.
